The system must have network switches that provide secure and high-speed connectivity to internal and external academic information networks. B. The system must have secure and stable network servers for internet services such as user directory information, domain name administration, web systems. C. The system must have subsystems for observatories that consist of workstations and VPN routers for observatories, which can transfer data from the observatories to the institute. D. The system must have a subsystem for the Science Center for collection and analysis of scientific data as well as numerical experiments and modeling. E. The system must have a printer capable of color printing on A0-size paper. F. The system must have a subsystem for system operation management that provides services such as user management, monitoring of system fault, and detection of security incidents such as unauthorized access. G. The hardware must be highly reliable, and the system must be capable of continuous and stable operation throughout the rental period. H. Prompt and reliable support services must be provided to keep the system secured by fixing security holes and bugs as well as to recover from hardware/software incidents and security/safety troubles. I. Support services must be provided for smooth and safe replacement of user directory information, domain name administration, email system, and web systems, subsystems for observatories, data, software and libraries from the present system.
